This is the first crutch to offer really good lateral support for those with ataxia or instability in their walking.

When (patients) needed better stability in their gait which was not available through the usual channels, Charlie invented it.  I am so pleased to be able to endorse these crutches... for the many patients who will benefit from the ability to walk standing up-right and feeling comfortable.

These crutches have been life changing for my patient and I am quite sure that they offer similar changes in quality of life for many people with gait instability.
